[Remote] Account Executive

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Loan Mountain Capital is the fastest growing private lender in the Southeastern United States. They are seeking a highly motivated Account Executive to drive new business by identifying and qualifying potential clients while providing exceptional customer service and managing a high volume of leads.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize various channels such as in person real estate events, cold calling, networking groups, SMS outreach, and email outreach to identify and qualify potential candidates
  • Cultivate strong relationships with prospects and maintain ongoing communication to nurture leads through the sales funnel
  • Serve as a knowledgeable resource on our lending products, processes, and criteria
  • Educate prospects on the benefits and advantages of our programs
  • Provide exceptional customer service to borrowers and stakeholders, addressing their concerns and inquiries promptly
  • Maintain a professional and helpful attitude while interacting with borrowers
  • Manage and prioritize a high volume of leads & deals by efficiently using our CRM
  • Track interactions, document progress, and update lead statuses to ensure accurate reporting and forecasting
  • Gather application information from prospects to move forward with the sales process
  • Work closely with an Account Executive to coordinate outreach efforts and share insights for deal negotiation
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficiency throughout the full sales cycle

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field preferred
  • At least 1-2 years of cold calling experience
  • 1-2 years of hands-on experience managing and working with CRM platforms
  • Proven track record of success in sales, lead generation, or customer service roles
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate concepts clearly and persuasively
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse clientele
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for exceeding targets and driving results
  • Knowledge of real estate markets and property management is a plus
  • Prior experience in the financial services industry, particularly in real estate or lending, is a plus
  • Preferred Location: San Diego or Orange County
