The Healthcare Customer Service Representative will make outbound calls to assist patients with scheduling, benefits, and feedback, all while maintaining a safe and organized home office environment.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to patients, members, and customers to schedule appointments for preventative health screenings
• Assist patients with benefits and insurance information through welcome calls
• Conduct surveys via outbound calls to gather patient feedback
• Support patients in making informed healthcare decisions to enhance their experience
• Maintain a safe and organized home office environment while adhering to privacy and security protocols

Skills

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
• Minimum internet download speed of 100 Mbps and upload speed of 20 Mbps
• Strong computer skills, including data entry and experience with Microsoft Outlook and Word
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to adhere to daily schedules
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills, demonstrating care and compassion
• Experience in a customer service role, particularly in healthcare
• Ability to provide two monitors at least 22 inches with HDMI and Display ports
