[Remote] Inside Sales - Client Service Coordinator - Remote

They are seeking an Inside Sales Representative - Client Service Coordinator to convert leads into business opportunities and provide exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Generate new sales opportunities by reaching out to inbound leads via phone calls and follow-up emails
• Use active listening and effective interviewing techniques to identify and understand client needs
• Achieve and exceed sales closure goals on a quarterly basis
• Collaborate with internal teams to build a robust sales pipeline and facilitate successful deal closures
• Maintain accurate records in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, tracking lead progress and interactions

Skills

• Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in inside sales, required
• Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and targets
• Strong phone presence, with the ability to make numerous phone calls per day
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Teams, Word)
• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools such as HubSpot
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong active listening, problem-solving and presentation abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work efficiently under deadlines
• Some college education, preferred
