Mortgage Processing Assistant
Royal Credit Union is seeking a caring and energetic Mortgage Processing Assistant to support mortgage loan processing. In this role, you will provide clerical support, verify essential documents, and help create an outstanding experience for Members and team members alike.
Responsibilities
- Provide clerical support for mortgage loan processing and originating activities
- Provide exceptional experience to our clients, Members, and team members with every interaction
- Obtain and verify documents needed for loan processing and originating
- Order necessary services for mortgage loans and complete final steps before closing
Skills
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Must be bondable
- Occasional travel required within Royal's geographic footprint
- Working knowledge of financial services and basic accounting principles
- Ability to produce accurate, high-quality data entry and documentation
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Interviewing and listening skills
- Strong customer service mindset
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Meet deadlines and work efficiently under multiple deadlines and changing priorities
