[Remote] Associate Customer Service Representative (Remote-May 2026)

The Associate Customer Service Representative will assist and educate members, providers, and customers about products and plans, contributing to member satisfaction and operational efficiency in a fast-paced call center environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist and educate members, providers, and customers via phone, internet, and written inquiries
• Respond accurately and promptly to inquiries
• Resolve customer issues ranging from routine to moderately complex
• Document interactions and correspondence clearly and maintain proper tracking
• Navigate multiple computer systems and internal resources to gather plan information
• Maintain fundamental knowledge of insurance terms, practices, and company products
• Independently manage common problems and seek guidance for complex situations
• Stay informed of available resources to ensure effective resolution

Skills

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1 year of customer service or related experience (hospitality, healthcare, or office experience preferred)
• Private workspace with a fast, hard-wired internet connection
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in navigating multiple computer programs and applications
• Willingness to learn new skills
