Job Description: Operate the Grab Machine efficiently and safely in various site environments, including sloped areas, wet or unstable ground, tight spaces, and during excavation of underground soil and rock. Develop proficiency in key excavator tasks, such as digging, lifting, backfilling, trenching, grading surfaces, and excavation depth control. Conduct pre-operation positioning of the crane and ensure proper working platform preparation for safe operations. Conduct daily maintenance, routine cleaning, and pre-operation safety checks to ensure the machine is in optimal working condition. Maintain cleanliness of the excavator and promptly report any technical issues to the maintenance team. Follow safety protocols and environmental control measures (e.g., dust and noise control, proper use of PPE). Work closely with the site team to coordinate excavation, trenching, lifting, and other operational tasks. Demonstrate competency in performing essential excavator operations, including positioning, soil removal, grading, and handling of materials. Prepare clamshell reports and maintain accurate operational records as required. Identify potential hazards and take proactive steps to mitigate risks on-site. Participate in assembling and dismantling of the Grab Machine as needed throughout the project. Job Requirements: The company will sponsor the candidate for the Crane License course and provide internal training that is recognized under the Career Conversion Programme (CCP). Interested to gain deep mechanical knowledge of the Grab Machine and its components. Physically fit and able to work in challenging site conditions. Comfortable to travel across Singapore We welcome individuals with no prior experience, including fresh graduates, recently ORD personnel, and mid-career switchers who are eager to build a career in the construction industry.
