  • Manage design schedules, milestones, dependencies, and risks across multiple concurrent security projects.
  • Provide technical oversight and review of design deliverables, including drawings, specifications, narratives, OPRs, and bills of materials, to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with standards.
  • Coordinate and facilitate design reviews, stakeholder working sessions, and issue resolution meetings.
  • Translate client requirements into clear design direction for engineers, integrators, and drafting teams.
  • Ensure security system designs are scalable, maintainable, and cost-effective, incorporating lessons learned and best practices.
  • Collaborate closely with construction managers, system integrators, IT teams, and facilities stakeholders to support successful downstream implementation.
  • Track and manage design changes, RFIs, and design-related risks throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Stay current on physical security technologies, low-voltage systems standards, and industry trends to inform design decisions and client recommendations.
