Job Description A large software and gaming company is looking for a REMOTE EST - Production Coordinator to joing a publishing production team within Creative Services. This person will support the Publishing Producers in planning and executing marketing campaigns. This includes scheduling and coordinating meetings, capturing and distributing detailed notes, and ensuring clear communication across projects. You will also help maintain project management tools (e.g., Airtable) and keep team documentation organized and up to date. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about working in technology or marketing environments. In this role, you will Schedule and coordinate meetings as directed by Publishing Producers, attend as needed, take notes, and share recaps with stakeholders Support Publishing Producers in maintaining Airtable, ensuring campaign schedules are populated with key dates and tactics Provide campaign support by maintaining documentation, organizing files, and helping Producers keep campaign resources current Maintain team workflows and shared documentation by keeping spaces such as Slack channels and Notion organized We are a company committed to creating inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Skills and Requirements 2-3 years doing the work outlined in a fast-paced company within gaming , agency, studio or entertainment. Understanding of publishing, marketing, gaming, and project management practices is Project Management software experience (Ideally Airtable) Self-starter, you approach challenges creatively and methodically, and exhibit amazing problem-solving skills daily to find resolutions Strong project management and organizational skills Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Comfortable asking questions and addressing potential issues by communicating directly with stakeholders involved Able to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment to meet deliverablesand even find a more efficient path forward Excellent written and verbal communication skills Airtable and/or Wrike null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
