Our products help to enable the electronics revolution and remain a key enabler for all the major Tier 1 OEMs globally. 

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Generalist to join our team. This role will support Human Resources initiatives, and will play a key role in fostering a positive and productive workplace culture through strategic HR support, employee engagement, compliance, and talent development..

Responsibilities

  • Professionally represent the company with a strong customer focus and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Provide day-to-day guidance and support as well as transactional administration in all aspects of Human Resources including but not limited to employee relations, training and development, engagement, compliance matters, reporting, immigration, and document management
  • Drive and develop efforts in areas of positive and proactive employee relations including employee events
  • Partner with management teams on workforce planning, headcount strategies, and organizational design
  • Facilitate internal talent acquisition efforts and support onboarding process
  • Lead initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement and retention
  • Ensure legal compliance and implementation of programs aligned with local, state, and federal employment laws
  • Honor confidentiality in interactions with employees and managers
  • Maintain and communicate policies and procedures; provide guidance to team members to ensure understanding and adherence
  • Ensure data integrity with multiple systems and complete periodic data projects
  • Support salary planning processes
  • Manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Drive compliance with regulatory requirements, including audit preparation
  • Be the problem-solver and remain comfortable with new tasks as they arise, while keeping a focus on the customer
  • Analyze employee metrics and trends to recommend HR strategies for compensation and employee retention
  • Update HR systems and support related date entry, reporting, and process improvements
  • Serve as a trusted partner with leadership to align HR initiatives with business goals
  • Perform other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned, in alignment with the evolving needs of the business
  • Assist with additional Human Resources projects as needed

Qualifications

  • Ability to handle confidential information, multi-task and show a strong attention to detail
  • Knowledge of labor law and Human Resources best practices preferred
  • Strong problem solving, customer service, communication and organization skills
  • Proficiency using the Microsoft Office Suite, and ability to learn new computer applications
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
  • Demonstrated ability to professionally communicate with all levels of the organization
