[Remote] Associate, Partner Marketing

They are seeking a Partner Marketing Program Associate to assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of partner experiences and marketing programs, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality delivery of partner-facing activities.
Responsibilities
- Support execution of partner experiences, including events, briefings, and partner activities
- Assist with preparation of agendas, materials, and follow-up activities
- Help ensure partner programs are delivered on schedule and meet quality standards
- Support coordination of timelines, deliverables, and inputs across teams
- Maintain trackers, documentation, and program status updates
- Assist with logistics, scheduling, and task follow-through
- Work closely with partner marketing team members and internal stakeholders
- Share updates and raise questions when clarification is needed
- Apply feedback to improve accuracy and consistency of work
Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, events, program coordination, or a related role
- Experience supporting customer-facing or partner-facing activities
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to complete assigned tasks within defined timelines
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams
- Demonstrated attention to detail when supporting budgets, contracts, and purchase orders
- Availability for occasional travel as needed
