We are seeking an enthusiastic and personable Publishing Services Advisor to join our growing publishing services company. In this role, you will be the front-facing liaison, acquiring new author clients and managing deals through the publishing process. Some key requirements and qualifications are:

  • Empathetic, caring, and enthusiastic personality who connects well with authors
  • A passion for books, reading, and entertainment media would be very valued
  • Strong communication, negotiation and sales skills
  • Persistent and timely with follow up; high attention to detail
  • Fluent English skills (native level)
  • Prior people/relationship-focused sales experience preferred but not required
  • An entrepreneurial, self-motivated spirit
  • Stable internet access to work remotely from any global location

As our Publishing Services Advisor, you will:

  • Reach out to prospective authors, understand their needs, connect them to the right publishing services
  • Guide authors through our streamlined onboarding process
  • Handle client queries in a timely, empathetic manner
  • Maintain organized records in company CRM
