Join our team as the Compensation and Benefits Specialist. We're on the lookout for a detail-oriented professional to take charge of various responsibilities involving payroll, HMO management, billing, and more. If you have a knack for handling these tasks with precision and ensuring everything runs like clockwork, we want to hear from you!Job Description:
- Responsible for all inbound tickets involving payroll/HMO/billing management
- Timekeeping management
- HMO management
- Pre-process payroll up to final approval by the support supervisor
- Manage monthly client billing
- Communicate with clients regarding VA pay raise
- Monitor Direct Hire Spreadsheet
- Give updates to the support supervisor regarding billing audit, payroll, and raise status
- Address any issues with role responsibilities and suggest improvement plans
- Proven work experience in operations management in a corporate or remote work setting
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Fluent in English
- Experience in client communication,
- Excellent organizational skills
- Absolute team player
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to work under high-pressure
- Collaborative mindset to provide regular updates to the Support Supervisor and work collectively towards improvement plans

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM EST (9 PM - 6 AM Philippine Time)
