Job Summary
We’re looking for a creative and analytical Social Media Specialist to join our growing marketing team. The ideal candidate is passionate about storytelling, digital trends, and driving engagement through smart, data-driven social media strategies.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow the company’s presence across all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, etc.).
- Develop and execute monthly content calendars aligned with brand goals and marketing campaigns.
- Write engaging, creative captions in both Arabic and English while maintaining the brand’s tone of voice.
- Respond promptly and professionally to messages, comments, and community interactions.
- Conduct competitor and trend analysis to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Monitor, track, and report on social media performance using analytics tools (Meta Insights, TikTok Analytics, Google Analytics, etc.).
- Collaborate with design and advertising teams to ensure visual and messaging consistency across all channels.
- Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and emerging content formats.
- Prepare regular performance reports and recommend improvements based on insights and KPIs.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of proven experience managing social media platforms for brands or agencies.
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms, engagement strategies, and content optimization.
- Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills in both English and Arabic.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Canva, or equivalent.
- Experience in content creation, especially short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, or Stories).
- Basic graphic design skills using Canva or Adobe Photoshop.
- A creative mindset with the ability to turn ideas into compelling social content.
