PRN Registered Nurse (RN)- Home Infusion (IVIG)

- Conduct pre-infusion assessments
- Establish and maintain peripheral IV access
- Administer IVIG via infusion pump per physician orders
- Administer ordered pre-medications
- Monitor patient during infusion for adverse reactions
- Manage infusion equipment and pump settings
- Perform IV line care and flushing protocols
- Obtain labs as ordered
- Provide patient and caregiver education
- Document care accurately and promptly
- Communicate clinical updates to supervising team
- Active Arkansas RN license in good standing
- Minimum 1 year RN experience (infusion experience strongly preferred)
- Experience with IVIG or biologic infusions preferred
- Skilled in peripheral IV insertion
- Comfortable working independently in a home setting
- Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred)
- Strong assessment and critical-thinking skills
- Reliable transportation
- Confident, calm, and detail-oriented
- Experienced with infusion therapy
- Patient-focused and professional
- Able to respond appropriately to potential infusion reactions
- Strong communication and documentation skills
