As a Personal Banker-Inbound, you will be the primary point of contact for customers visiting our branch. Your role is crucial in building strong relationships and providing tailored financial solutions. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs, offering appropriate products, and ensuring a seamless banking experience.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
  • Cross-sell and promote bank products and services, such as loans, credit cards, and investment opportunities.
  • Provide personalized financial advice and guidance to customers, based on their unique circumstances.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of banking regulations and ensure compliance in all customer interactions.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  • Collaborate with other branch teams to ensure a cohesive and positive customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Participate in branch initiatives and contribute to a positive work environment.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to enhance our services.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the banking industry, is essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on active listening.
  • Strong product knowledge and the ability to explain complex financial concepts simply.
  • Proficiency in using banking software and systems for transaction processing.
  • A customer-centric approach and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong collaboration skills.
