Title: IT Developer Duration: 12 Months Note: Remote role Job Description:
  • Hands on experience developing Talend ETL and ESB integrations, including design, development, and
  • maintenance.
  • Talend Administration experience, including TMC operations, installing/upgrading Remote Engines and
  • Runtimes, and managing nonproduction environments.
  • Experience performing certificate installations and renewals for Talend components and connectivity
  • endpoints.
  • Ability to coordinate with network teams to request and validate firewall rule openings and port access
  • requirements.
  • Strong experience troubleshooting Talend connectivity issues, runtime failures, job execution issues, and
  • FMRrelated support activities.
  • Proficiency with Azure cloud services used for deployments, integration operations, automation, and
  • monitoring.
  • Strong Java development experience for integration logic, service components, and API workflows.
  • Expertise in SOAP and REST API development, schema modeling, and debugging.
  • Strong SQL and Oracle database skills for building, optimizing, and maintaining data integrations.
  • Experience with XML, XSLT, XSD, JSON, JavaScript, HTML, CSV, and secure file transfer (FTP/SFTP).
  • Experience with Release Management processes, including ServiceNow INC/REQ/CR tickets and
  • participation in CAB review cycles.
  • Experience supporting Stage and Production environments, including deployments, defect triage, and
  • postrelease validation.
  • Ability to perform unit testing, integration testing, and QA validation for developed components.
  • Strong troubleshooting and rootcause analysis skills for complex integration and system issues.
  • Ability to produce technical documentation including requirements, design specifications, deployment guides,
  • and operational runbooks.
  • Ability to work with hosting providers, infrastructure teams, and crossfunctional stakeholders to support
  • ongoing operations and enhancements.
Additional Skills/Qualifications Desired:
  • Experience with real-time messaging or streaming technologies (e.g., Kafka).
  • Strong understanding of integration patterns across ETL, ELT, and ESB for scalable and secure data flows.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools (Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps).
  • Advanced knowledge of cloud-based integration services, especially Azure components used for automation
  • and orchestration.
  • Strong understanding of security best practices including OAuth2, TLS, certificates, encryption, and PGP for
  • secure file transfers.
  • Experience with metadata-driven frameworks or templating engines (e.g., Freemarker, Apache Velocity).
  • Strong Linux/Unix skills for scripting, automation, and system troubleshooting.
  • Experience with Snowflake or other cloud data warehouse platforms.
  • Experience supporting government, public-sector systems, or court/casemanagement integrations.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead technical design, testing, and documentation efforts while meeting deadlines.
