We are looking for a Growth Product Manager to join our Growth Squad: a cross-functional team of marketing, product, and engineering people dedicated to scaling Sibill through structured experimentation.

This is not a generalist growth role. You won't manage paid campaigns, SEO strategy, or brand. You will be the person inside the squad who makes sure the experimentation engine runs: defining hypotheses, designing tests, keeping priorities sharp, shipping fast, measuring rigorously, and iterating. Think of growth as your product area.

You will report to the Head of Marketing and work daily with Product, Design, and Tech.

What you will do

  • Drive the experimentation engine inside the squad. You are the person who keeps the rhythm: you define hypotheses, design tests, set sprint priorities, and make sure the squad ships at a consistent pace. Backlog management, rituals, stakeholder alignment, trade-off decisions, you bring PM discipline to everything the squad does.

  • Run testing cycles end-to-end. From hypothesis generation to statistical validation, you own the testing process. CRO, pricing, onboarding flows, activation loops, new feature discovery: if it can be tested, it's yours.

  • Build and maintain the growth model. You keep a clear, data-driven view of the funnel. You know where the leverage is, what to test next, and when to scale a winner or kill a loser.

  • Stay on the frontier of AI-driven growth. You actively explore and integrate AI tools and techniques into the squad's workflows, from test ideation to data analysis to content generation.

  • Report on outcomes, not activities. You own periodic reporting on experiments, learnings, and impact. Dashboards and updates are clear, honest, and actionable.

What you won't do

  • You won't spend hours building long presentations or attending endless meetings.

  • You won't need multiple layers of approvals to implement your ideas: at Sibill, execution is fast, and your impact is immediate and visible.

You are the right person if…

  • You share the values we live by at Sibill: ambition, pragmatism, efficiency, integrity.

  • You have 4+ years of experience in growth or product roles, ideally in a B2B SaaS startup or scale-up.

  • You have a strong track record of running structured experimentation programs with measurable results, you can walk us through your testing framework, sample sizes, and decision criteria.

  • You are deeply data-oriented: you base decisions on evidence, not gut feeling.

  • You have solid product management fundamentals: prioritization frameworks, backlog management, sprint planning, stakeholder communication.

  • You are comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Bonus: experience in fintech, accounting tech, or platforms serving SMBs.

Comp & Benefits
