Digital Marketing Manager

Schoox is seeking a technically skilled and execution-focused Digital Marketing Manager to support the delivery of high-performing digital and account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns. The role will partner closely with Demand Generation, Customer Marketing, Business Development and Sales to operationalize campaign strategy, ensuring programs are launched accurately, efficiently, and with measurable impact.

Reporting into Marketing Operations, this role plays a key part in translating marketing strategy into scalable, well-executed campaigns powered by strong systems knowledge and data discipline.

How You Will Impact Schoox

  • Execute multi-channel digital and ABM campaigns across paid, email, content syndication, and account-based platforms
  • Build and launch programs in Demandbase, Folloze, Salesforce, and other marketing systems in alignment with defined strategy
  • Ensure campaigns are properly structured, tracked, and attributed for accurate performance measurement
  • Manage campaign setup including audience segmentation, list uploads, routing logic, and QA processes
  • Monitor campaign performance and surface optimization opportunities based on engagement and pipeline data
  • Maintain campaign data hygiene and alignment with CRM and reporting standards
  • Partner cross-functionally with Demand Gen, Customer Marketing, Business Development, Sales, and Marketing Operations to ensure seamless program execution
  • Troubleshoot campaign execution issues and coordinate with Operations when system-level support is required
  • Support reporting needs by validating campaign data and performance metrics tied to pipeline contribution

Requirements

What You Will Need to Accomplish the Job

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B digital marketing, demand generation, or campaign management
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Hands-on experience executing campaigns in Demandbase, Folloze, Salesforce, and marketing automation or similar platforms
  • Strong understanding of ABM program mechanics and account lifecycle engagement
  • Experience managing campaign setup, tracking parameters, and CRM alignment
  • Detail-oriented with strong QA and project management skills
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret campaign performance data
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, execution-driven environment

Compensation

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock options.

Salary range $60,000 - $80,000.
