About Reliance Health

We're a healthcare technology company of 400+ people using technology to make healthcare affordable, accessible, and delightful in emerging markets. We operate across Nigeria, Egypt, Senegal, and Côte d'Ivoire, with 300,000 people depending on us for their healthcare.

We're one of Time Magazine's World's top Healthtech companies, and we're a data-driven team building products like Africa's leading telemedicine platform and the continent's first data-based hospital ranking tool. Our culture values ambitious thinking, simple communication, and working autonomously without micromanagement. We move fast, learn by doing, and our diverse team spans multiple nationalities and backgrounds.

The Role

As an Associate Product Manager, you'll help turn ideas into real products that make healthcare easier for thousands of people. You'll work with designers, engineers, and teams across the company to build features that solve actual problems. This is a hands-on role where you'll learn by doing, from writing clear requirements to tracking how users interact with what we build.

What You'll Do

  • Take products from first idea to launch, creating plans and documents along the way
  • Write clear instructions that help engineers and designers know exactly what to build
  • Use user research to find the real problem before jumping to solutions
  • Track how products perform using data dashboards like Metabase
  • Work with QA to make sure features work properly before launch
  • Talk to users to understand what confuses them and what they need
  • Run small tests to compare different ideas and see what works better
  • Keep everyone updated on progress and prepare teams for new launches

Requirements

What You'll Bring

  • 2+ years of work experience
  • A University degree
  • Comfortable looking at data to make decisions
  • Able to work with different teams and explain ideas clearly
  • Experience at a fast-growing company is a plus but not required
  • Based in Lagos, Nigeria

Nice to Have But Not Compulsory

  • Experience writing Product Requirement Documents and user stories
  • You've worked in healthcare or technology before
  • You enjoy digging into problems until you find the root cause
  • You're comfortable asking questions when things aren't clear
  • You like seeing how small changes can make big impacts
