Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative for Direct Client Luxottica, you'll be responsible for providing high-quality multichannel support to our clients, handling incoming and outgoing calls, and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. You'll be the face of arenaflex, and your exceptional communication skills, empathy, and problem-solving abilities will make all the difference in delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner
  • Provide product information, answer questions, and offer solutions to customer concerns
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and arenaflex's policies and procedures
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Work collaboratively with the customer support team to achieve shared goals and objectives

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or multichannel support environment
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong product knowledge and understanding of the optical industry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Ability to work a standard Monday-to-Friday schedule, with occasional overtime as needed

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working with Direct Client Luxottica or similar clients

  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Experience with chat and email support software
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
