Job Summary

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in a fast-paced call center environment. You'll work closely with our team to resolve customer inquiries, process orders, and provide product information. Key Responsibilities

* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology

• Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve issues and provide product information
• Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
• Become a product and solutions expert by learning about our products and services
• Collaborate with the team to achieve customer satisfaction and loyalty goals

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) – fluent in both verbal and written forms
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards
