IT Project Manager | 100% Remote

Remote, USA Full-time Posted 2026-06-17

We are a global technology consulting company specializing in IT solutions, cloud-based platforms, mobile and web applications, and training and support services. With over 14 years of experience and a multicultural team of more than 100 professionals, we deliver projects for highly complex industries such as pharmaceuticals, diagnostics, healthcare, and consumer goods.

At our company, we value international talent, diversity, flexibility, and a collaborative environment that fosters both professional growth and personal well-being.

What You’ll Do

This role is part of a strategic initiative in the pharmaceutical diagnostics sector, focused on delivering IT solutions to support platforms that help diagnose and monitor a range of diseases. The project involves building, implementing, and maintaining digital systems that integrate clinical data, streamline diagnostic processes, and ensure regulatory compliance.

We are looking for an IT Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of IT initiatives within the diagnostics sector. You will work closely with technical teams, business stakeholders, architects, QA teams, and external partners to ensure successful project delivery, alignment with strategic objectives, and regulatory compliance.

This role is ideal for someone with experience managing IT projects in regulated environments, strong leadership and organizational skills, and the ability to translate technical details into actionable plans.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Manage the full lifecycle of IT projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
  • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones, ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule.
  • Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and manage resource allocation effectively.
  • Identify risks and issues, propose mitigation strategies, and escalate as necessary.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and internal governance processes.
  • Facilitate communication between technical teams, business stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Report project status, progress, and key metrics to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Support agile practices, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog prioritization, where applicable

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience managing IT projects, preferably in pharmaceuticals, healthcare, or diagnostics.
  • Project Management Expertise: Strong skills in budget control, resource management, timeline tracking, risk management, and project reporting.
  • Technical Understanding: Familiarity with IT systems, cloud-based solutions, software development lifecycles, and integration patterns.
  • Methodologies: Hands-on experience with Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and traditional project management approaches.
  • Communication: Excellent oral and written English; ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
  • Positive, proactive attitude in fast-paced environments.
