Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering an outstanding customer experience and helping individuals navigate the complex world of health insurance. You'll be responsible for providing technical support, managing customer accounts, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities

* Deliver exceptional customer service through inbound and outbound calls, online chat inquiries, and email support

  • Manage customer accounts, resolve issues, and provide technical support in a timely and professional manner
  • Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies to ensure compliance and accuracy
  • Utilize creative problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues and provide innovative solutions
  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment with changing projects and updates
  • Manage time and tasks effectively, prioritizing multiple responsibilities and meeting deadlines
  • Participate in extensive self-study, training, and testing to ensure proficiency in arenaflex's systems and processes
  • Adhere to regulated guidelines for communications via all channels

Essential Qualifications

* 18 years of age or older

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Moderate to advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • High level of comfort learning new technology and adapting to changing systems and processes
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Comfortable working from home with a dedicated, private, and secure workspace
  • Personal device with functioning camera required for the Training Period
  • Committed to full attendance for paid 3-week Training period
  • Minimum Internet Speed of 35 mb/s with ethernet
  • Cable/Fiber Broadband Internet with a hard-wired ethernet connection required (not compatible with mobile internet service providers and/or satellites)

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in customer support or technical support role

  • Previous experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act
  • Previous experience in a Call Center environment
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Spanish Bilingual, a plus
