Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Experience Specialist to join our team and help us deliver exceptional customer service. As a Customer Experience Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers through various channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media. You'll work closely with our management team to plan, organize, and implement processes that enable our continued growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Experience Specialist at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact on our customers' lives. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer care in an expedient manner that satisfies individual needs of each customer, including account management, sales, and tracking.
  • Answering incoming calls, text, emails, and chats across multiple platforms.
  • Understanding and promoting arenaflex products, culture, and values.
  • Assessing the unique needs of customers using consultative methods and recognizing potential sales opportunities.
  • Being willing to help team members complete various tasks to accomplish organizational goals.
  • Maintaining strict confidentiality of customer information.
  • Fully utilizing the systems, tools, training, and resources provided to maximize potential.
  • Assisting other departments with various tasks as needed.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Customer service experience (phone experience preferred).
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Excellent decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to relate well to customers and co-workers in an atmosphere of mutual respect, and be able to respond appropriately to direction and constructive criticism from a supervisor.
  • Regular attendance and punctuality.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications and skills would be an asset in this role:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced customer service environment.
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software.

Compensation
