Key Responsibilities
- Lead audit engagements from planning to completion, including risk assessment and reporting.
- Supervise and mentor junior auditors, providing guidance and support throughout the audit process.
- Collaborate with clients in the healthcare industry to understand their operations and compliance requirements.
- Prepare and review financial statements and audit reports, ensuring accuracy and adherence to standards.
- Identify areas for improvement within client operations and provide actionable recommendations to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CPA certification is required.
- Minimum of 3 years of audit experience, preferably in the healthcare sector.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and auditing standards.
- Experience in supervising audit teams and managing client relationships.
