Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through phone, email, and chat interactions. You will be the face of our company, and your passion for customer service will shine through in every interaction. You will work collaboratively with our team to resolve customer inquiries, process orders, and provide product and solutions expertise to our customers. Key Responsibilities
* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
- Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve their inquiries and concerns
- Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
- Become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
- Collaborate with our team to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional customer experiences
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on products, services, and industry trends
Minimum Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we will train you to provide legendary service for our customers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Preferred Qualifications
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Knowledge of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials
- Certification in customer service or a related field
