Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Specialist to join our team on a contract basis. As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards. Key Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Entering data into our systems with high accuracy and efficiency
- Reviewing and analyzing implementation materials to create documents for new and existing business
- Analyzing benefits to ensure compliance with legislation
- Loading benefits into our system
- Researching, coordinating information, and responding to questions from internal partners and/or external clients
- May be the first point of contact from customer to resolve issues
- Identifying process improvements for own cases
- Negotiating deliverables with internal partners
- May audit accounts to determine compliance with specific mandates
- Working to clearly defined procedures under close supervision
Key Requirements and Technology Experience
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 60+ wpm typing speed
- Data Entry experience
- Healthcare industry experience
- Medical terminology required
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
