Experienced Customer Service Representative - Billing/First Notice of Loss (Remote or Hybrid Work Option)

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences to our customers and agents, ensuring they receive the best possible service through real-life interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Answer calls for billing and functions for all products, lines of business, and affiliates
- Coordinate first notice of loss claims
- Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed solutions to customers
Preferred Qualifications:
* Previous experience in a call center billing or first notice of loss role
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Proficiency in basic computer commands and software packages
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new software and systems
Essential Qualifications:
* High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of experience in a customer service role
- Ability to make good business decisions without guidance, but escalating when needed
- Strong sense of accountability
- Proven ability to problem solve
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to be on the phone for extended periods of time
- Ability to take constructive feedback from peers and supervisors
- Ability to use basic computer commands and proficiency
- Willingness to learn different software packages
Training and Development:
* 2 weeks of classroom and peer training
- Ongoing support and coaching to ensure success in the role
