Remote, USA Full-time Posted 2026-06-17

Requisition ID: 64058  Position Type: FT Permanent  Workplace Arrangement:  #LI-Remote

About the role

Drive growth. Shape the future of taste. Lead in a market that never stands still.

Are you a natural relationship‑builder with a passion for flavour, innovation, and commercial success?

Kerry — the world’s leading taste and nutrition company — is looking for a dynamic Senior Account Manager to accelerate growth and expand our Beverage Flavours footprint across the UK and Ireland.

This is your chance to influence some of the biggest beverage brands in the market, partnering with R&D, marketing, and supply chain teams to deliver solutions that consumers love and our customers can scale profitably.

If you thrive in a fast‑moving environment, love being face to face with customers (up to 60% travel), and want to shape the future of sustainable nutrition, this role is built for you.

About Kerry

Kerry is the world's leading taste and nutrition company for the food, beverage, and pharmaceutical industries. Every day we partner with customers to create healthier, tastier, and more sustainable products that are consumed by billions of people across the world. Our vision is to be our customers' most valued partner, creating a world of sustainable nutrition. A career with Kerry offers you an opportunity to shape the future of food while providing you with opportunities to explore and grow in a truly global environment.

Our Safety purpose: At Kerry, we work together in a caring culture where everybody goes home safely every day. We are committed to providing a safe working environment and ensuring that all safety protocols are strictly followed. Join us in creating a workplace where safety is everyone’s responsibility.

What you'll be doing

You’ll be the commercial engine behind our Beverage Flavours portfolio, responsible for both winning new business and growing strategic accounts.

Expect to

  • Prospect, pitch, and close new opportunities using custom product and integrated solution selling.
  • Build a pipeline of high‑quality growth projects and defend existing business with confidence.
  • Develop strategic, multi‑level relationships across R&D, Marketing, Procurement and more — “fostering counterpart relationships within Kerry”.
  • Leverage your deep understanding of beverage trends, consumer insights, and the competitive landscape.
  • Partner closely with your dedicated Kerry R&D counterpart to deliver value‑added solutions.
  • Lead pricing discussions and negotiations, collaborating with commercial finance.
  • Manage sales contracts, forecasts, and KPIs with precision.
  • Collaborate across regions to bring the best of Kerry to your customers.

What you can bring to the role

You’re commercially sharp, customer‑obsessed, and energised by growth. You’ll succeed here if you have:

  • Significant experience in the flavour or food ingredients industry, with strong exposure to the Beverages segment.
  • Proven success in identifying, nurturing and winning new clients as well as developing and growing relationships with existing customers.
  • Strong negotiation skills and commercial acumen — “a drive for continuous improvement”.
  • A working knowledge of food science and beverage formulation (stability, flavour masking, sugar reduction).
  • Excellent communication skills and the agility to adapt when challenges arise.
  • A passion for food, taste, and teamwork — “to create great food that consumers love”.
  • Willingness to travel regularly to customer sites.

If you’re ready to make an impact in a role that blends strategy, innovation, and customer partnership, we’d love to hear from you.

What we can offer

In return we can offer a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package as well as the opportunity for self-growth and career development within one of the world’s leading manufacturers of food and nutrition technology.

In Kerry we benefit from the knowledge of our colleagues who bring a diverse range of cultures, backgrounds, lifestyles, and experiences. One team fostering an inclusive culture that, above all, inspires food and nourishes life. One culture where everyone brings their unique perspectives and experiences to help make us better, together. We are committed to nurturing an environment of positivity and inclusiveness, where everyone can be at their best, both personally and professionally.
