Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a part-time position offering a flexible work schedule, with the potential to move to full-time. We're looking for a self-starter with excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Responsibilities

* Answer customer calls in a timely and efficient manner, resolving issues and providing solutions

  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any ongoing issues
  • Process orders and shipments, ensuring accurate and timely delivery
  • Provide quotes and prices to customers, following company guidelines
  • Sell additional merchandise to customers, meeting sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records and notes of customer interactions, sales, and orders
  • Collaborate with sales and internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Perform administrative duties as required, including data entry and record-keeping
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to drive high customer satisfaction

Educational and Other Requirements

* 2-4 years prior customer service experience

  • High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required; college equivalent a plus
  • Pick-up truck industry product knowledge a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and related software packages
  • AS 400, JD Edwards experience helpful but not necessary
  • Basic computer skills required
