Key Responsibilities

As an Off Site Data Entry Operator at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Entering patient information and medical records into our electronic database with a high level of accuracy
• Reviewing and verifying the accuracy of data entered in the system
• Ensuring all data is entered in a timely manner to meet deadlines
• Following data validation procedures and maintaining data integrity
• Communicating with off-site team members to ensure all data is up-to-date and accurate
• Identifying and reporting any data discrepancies or issues to the appropriate team members
• Performing routine data backups and updates as needed
• Maintaining strict confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA guidelines when handling sensitive information
• Collaborating with other team members to implement process improvements and enhance data entry procedures
• Other administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience in data entry or a similar role
• Excellent typing skills with high accuracy and speed
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry software
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
