Job Summary

As a Remote Chat Assistant at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for delivering real-time support to our clients using our cutting-edge technology solutions. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional chat support to clients using our technology solutions

  • Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with our team to identify and implement process improvements
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our technology solutions and industry trends
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on the latest technology and industry developments
  • Work closely with our sales and marketing teams to provide support and feedback on new product launches and marketing campaigns

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ years' experience in customer support or IT helpdesk (SaaS/tech preferred)

  • Strong written communication and multitasking skills
  • Familiarity with POS and CRM software (Zendesk, Salesforce)
  • A tech-savvy, solution-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working with Brink POS, Punchh, or other similar technology solutions

  • Knowledge of hospitality, retail, or restaurant industry trends and best practices
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual team environment
  • Certification in customer service or technical support (e.g. ITIL, CompTIA)
