Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional chat support to clients using our technology solutions
- Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with our team to identify and implement process improvements
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our technology solutions and industry trends
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on the latest technology and industry developments
- Work closely with our sales and marketing teams to provide support and feedback on new product launches and marketing campaigns
Essential Qualifications
* 1+ years' experience in customer support or IT helpdesk (SaaS/tech preferred)
- Strong written communication and multitasking skills
- Familiarity with POS and CRM software (Zendesk, Salesforce)
- A tech-savvy, solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working with Brink POS, Punchh, or other similar technology solutions
- Knowledge of hospitality, retail, or restaurant industry trends and best practices
- Experience working in a remote or virtual team environment
- Certification in customer service or technical support (e.g. ITIL, CompTIA)
