Job Summary

We're looking for a dedicated and results-driven Customer Success Manager, Enterprise to lead strategic relationships with corporate customers and franchise groups. As a trusted advisor, you'll guide users through adoption, maximize product utilization, and identify growth opportunities. In this cross-functional role, you'll partner with sales, product, and implementation teams to elevate customer outcomes and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

* Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise-level clients, understanding their business needs and workflows

  • Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews to ensure high product engagement, adoption, and customer satisfaction
  • Identify and execute on opportunities for upselling and cross-selling in collaboration with the commercial team
  • Act as the customer's internal advocate, providing feedback to product and development teams
  • Troubleshoot adoption blockers and provide tailored solutions to ensure long-term platform value
  • Represent the company at client meetings, events, and trade shows as needed

Requirements

* 3+ years of experience in a Customer Success or Customer Experience role within a SaaS environment

  • Experience managing enterprise accounts and driving measurable customer outcomes
  • Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Tableau, and Vitally
  • High emotional intelligence with strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to thrive in a fast-changing startup environment
  • Automotive industry experience is a plus, but not required
