Job Summary

As a Full Stack Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, delivering exceptional customer service to our clients and customers. You'll be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, managing customer accounts, and providing technical support. You'll also be responsible for application data entry, online chat inquiries, and interpreting and following defined procedures and policies. Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound and outbound calls, delivering exceptional customer service and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner.

  • Manage customer accounts, providing technical support and answering questions about our products and services.
  • Enter application data accurately and efficiently, ensuring that all customer information is up-to-date and secure.
  • Respond to online chat inquiries, providing timely and helpful responses to customer questions and concerns.
  • Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies, ensuring that all customer interactions are handled in accordance with arenaflex's high standards.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex's products and services, including our cloud-based enrollment tools and decision support systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay up-to-date on industry trends and arenaflex's products and services.

Essential Qualifications

* 18 years of age or older

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or technical support role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to work in a remote environment, with a dedicated workspace and reliable internet connection

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a call center or customer service role

  • Previous experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Spanish bilingual, a plus
