Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our remote team at arenaflex. Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Accurately documenting customer interactions and resolving issues
- Maintaining technical and program policy proficiency in our systems and processes
- Providing clear, complete, and accurate information to customers based on a full understanding of our programs and policies
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Achieving results through knowledge, empathy, and commitment
- Maintaining a high level of productivity and quality in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A basic understanding of a call center environment in a customer service role and quality monitoring processes
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers and co-workers
- Ability to problem-solve through analysis and ongoing feedback
- High School diploma or GED
- Background and drug screening required
- Ability to work with people of diverse backgrounds
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a remote environment with minimal supervision
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center environment
- Knowledge of our programs and policies
- Experience working with diverse populations and cultures
- Bilingual or multilingual skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
