What the Job Is
As a Full Stack Night Shift Chat Assistant, you'll be responsible for providing live chat support to customers during late hours. You'll work with well-known brands, helping users troubleshoot common issues, answer billing questions, and resolve account problems. You'll be working through a chat interface, using scripts, templates, and your own problem-solving skills to provide clear and helpful responses.
Key Responsibilities
* Log in and monitor your live chat dashboard

By 6 AM, you’ve finished your logs, closed out the last chat, and signed off—still in your slippers, no commute required.
