Senior Software Engineer (C#/React)

Who We're Looking For
We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer with strong C# backend experience and modern frontend skills to join a high-performing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across the stack, building scalable APIs, and contributing to high-quality user experiences.
Primary Responsibilities
- Design and implement backend services using C#
- Build and maintain frontend applications using React (Vite/Vitest)
- Develop and maintain APIs for scalable, high-performance applications
- Implement monitoring and observability across systems
- Collaborate with engineers through pair programming and code reviews
- Contribute to automated testing strategies and improve test coverage
- Participate in architecture discussions and system design decisions
- Ensure code quality, performance, and reliability across the platform
Some Must-Haves:
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Strong experience with C# backend development
- Experience building frontend applications with React
- Familiarity with modern tooling such as Vite/Vitest
- Experience designing and consuming APIs
- Strong understanding of automated testing practices
- Experience with monitoring and observability in production systems
- Comfortable working in collaborative environments (pair programming)
- Strong communication skills and ability to work remotely
Nice to Have:
- Experience with AI agents or code assistance tools
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, YAML)
- Experience with Azure B2C for authentication
- Experience with Cosmos DB or other NoSQL databases
- Familiarity with design tokens and scalable design systems
- Experience with micro frontends
- Exposure to event-driven architectures (Service Bus, messaging systems)
