ModSquad's Information Technology department seeks a Technical Business Process Manager to collaborate with key business units, focusing on business process improvements that will often involve Agentic AI, as part of our larger Enterprise Applications team. While AI is an important aspect of today's technological evolution, we view it as a force multiplier, making good processes and bedrock technologies better, rather than a universal solution.

This position requires strong business processes improvement, communication, and change management skills as well as the ability to leverage technology to drive efficiency and growth. This is the perfect opportunity for someone that loves learning, a good puzzle, and gathering input from a number of sources to turn into viable improvements.

What you will do:

• Lead cross-functional projects to identify and implement improvements to business processes, with a focus on utilizing Agentic AI functionality in available toolsets.

• Collaborate with the rest of the Enterprise Applications team to ensure changes align with overall business objectives and technology strategies.

• Assist in the maintenance, configuration, and optimization of SaaS technologies.

• Prepare documentation to ensure stakeholders understand changes, systems, and processes.

• Project manage change initiatives to ensure optimal results and a thorough understanding of work that’s being undertaken.

• Actively participate in agile management processes, staying up-to-date with the latest trends in applicable technology, and recommending changes to leadership.

Skills and Experience - Who you are:

• 3+ years of experience administering, implementing, or managing change in SaaS technology environments.

• The ideal candidate has significant Agentic AI implementation and readiness consulting experience.

• Strong understanding of enterprise business processes

• Experience operating in a consultative role to understand and meet the needs of multiple cross-functional stakeholders, looking to drive to the outcomes articulated rather than the specific change requested.

• Basic knowledge of APIs, JSON, and systems integration principles.

• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

• A real “MacGyver” when looking at solutions; truly understanding how out of the box thinking can deliver spectacular results with the incredibly flexible systems and processes we have in place.

• Strong sense of personal accountability and the ability to work independently.

• Ability to communicate with and influence cross-functional stakeholders and work collaboratively.

• High EQ and a sense of humor are required.
