About the Company Butler Creative, LLC is a high-end digital art firm. We are launching a new Etsy brand, WallArtBySamB, specializing in premium 18x24 AI-generated wall art. We are looking for a detail-oriented, technically-savvy Virtual Assistant to manage the end-to-end production and listing process. The Role This is a "Hands-Off" management role. The owner will provide the raw creative assets; you will be responsible for technical upscaling, visual asset creation (mockups), and Etsy store management. Key Responsibilities Technical Production: Upscale raw AI art to gallery-standard 300 DPI (5400 x 7200 px) using tools like Let's Enhance or Photoshop AI. Visual Asset Creation: Research and use professional mockup bundles (PSD/Smart Objects) to create 5 high-end lifestyle images and 1 video for every listing. Note: Because high-quality 18x24 black frame bundles are difficult to source, you may be required to create custom mockups from scratch in Photoshop using high-resolution room photos to ensure a perfect match for our brand. Etsy Management: Sync products via Printful, optimize SEO using EverBee (13 tags/titles), and manage shop drafts. Customer Service: Handle basic inquiries using established brand voice templates. Reporting: Maintain a daily task tracker in Google Sheets. Required Skills Adobe Photoshop: Expert proficiency with Smart Objects and template editing. Must be capable of creating realistic mockups from scratch (handling shadows, lighting, and perspective) when pre-made bundles are unavailable. Etsy & Printful: Proven experience managing Etsy SEO and POD integrations. Attention to Detail: Ability to spot "AI hallucinations" or quality issues during upscaling. Organization: Experience working within structured Google Drive environments. Project Scale & Budget Initial Phase: 10–20 listings per week. Hours: 5–10 hours per week to start, with potential for growth. Rate: Please provide your hourly rate or a per-listing rate. How to Apply We have a specific technical standard for our 18x24 prints.
