Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced full stack data analyst to join our team, working remotely from the comfort of your own home. As a data analyst at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for executing existing reporting and analytical tasks, leveraging data analysis tools to create new dashboards, reports, and ad-hoc requests, and fostering additional technical capabilities within our team. Key Responsibilities

* 30%: Execute existing reporting and analytical tasks, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of insights to business stakeholders.

  • 20%: Utilize data analysis tools to create new dashboards, reports, and ad-hoc requests, driving business growth and informing strategic decisions.
  • 20%: Ensure the quality of work output by demonstrating a keen attention to detail, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing process enhancements.
  • 20%: Foster additional technical capabilities and topic expertise within our team, staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • 10%: Present findings in easily digestible formats, focusing on how data analysis contributes to the overall business strategy.

Direct Supervisor/Direct Reports

* This position reports to a supervisor.

  • This position has no immediate reports.

Travel Requirements

* Regularly requires temporary travel under 10% of the time.

Physical Requirements

* Most time is spent sitting in a comfortable position, with continuous opportunities to move about.

  • Occasionally, there may be a need to move or lift light objects.

Working Conditions

* Located in a comfortable indoor environment, with rare and non-offensive situations.

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as software engineering, mathematics, computer science, or economics.

  • 2 years of work experience in data mining, statistical analysis, evaluation, and estimation.
  • Prior experience in analyzing significant topics, such as inventory networks, marketing, or operations.

Preferred Qualifications

* Work experience with SQL Server, Teradata, Prophet, or similar data set frameworks.

  • Familiarity with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Experience with machine learning algorithms and predictive modeling.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex insights into actionable recommendations.
