Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack IT Support Specialist to join our remote team. As a key member of our IT department, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our employees, ensuring that our systems and infrastructure are running smoothly, and helping us to stay ahead of the curve in terms of technology and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide first-level technical support to employees via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, working closely with our internal teams to identify and implement solutions.
• Collaborate with our IT team to design, implement, and maintain our technical infrastructure, including networks, servers, and applications.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user guides, troubleshooting guides, and technical specifications.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.
• Participate in the development of our IT strategy, working closely with our leadership team to identify and prioritize projects.

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• At least 3 years of experience in IT support, with a focus on hardware, software, and network connectivity.
• CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent certification.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and customer service.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with cloud-based technologies, including Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure.

• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices, including threat analysis and mitigation.
• Experience with IT service management tools, including ServiceNow and JIRA.
• Strong understanding of network protocols and architectures, including TCP/IP and DNS.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and principles.
