Your Role at arenaflex

As a Customer Service Executive (Chinese Speaking) at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring a seamless purchasing experience for our customers. You'll be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers in Chinese. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing product information and recommendations to customers
  • Managing customer complaints and feedback, escalating issues as necessary
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and resolving issues efficiently

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with a friendly yet professional tone
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese (verbal and written)
  • A strong customer-focused mindset with the ability to understand and address customer needs effectively
  • Experience with CRM systems and a demonstrated ability to quickly adapt to new tools and technologies
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in managing tasks
  • A team-oriented approach, with the ability to work collaboratively towards shared goals
  • Quick thinking and resourcefulness to resolve issues efficiently and effectively

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the health and wellness industry

  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
  • Experience with customer service software and tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
