Key Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in supporting our business operations by:
- Entering, updating, and maintaining data accurately in our internal systems
- Verifying and reviewing information for errors or inconsistencies
- Organizing and categorizing digital records and files
- Ensuring data security and confidentiality
- Assisting internal teams with reports and database management
- Following company policies and guidelines to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Performing other administrative duties as assigned
Skills & Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
Required:
+ Be at least 18 years old + High school diploma or equivalent + Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Suite + Strong attention to detail and accuracy + Good typing speed (minimum 35 WPM preferred) + Ability to work independently and meet deadlines + Reliable internet connection and a quiet home workspace
Preferred (but not required):
