Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business, finance, or a related field preferred

• 1+ year of sales experience (life insurance, IULs, annuities, or other financial products) or equivalent experience in a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
• Proficiency in CRM platforms and other sales software
• Strong goal orientation and continuous learning mindset

Preferred Qualifications

* 2+ years of sales experience in life insurance, IULs, annuities, or other financial products

• Experience with virtual presentations and sales platforms
• Strong understanding of financial products and services
• Certification in life insurance, IULs, or annuities (e.g., CLU, ChFC, or FLMI)
