Key Responsibilities
As a WFH Customer Service/ Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Handling incoming customer service calls and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Dispatching incoming customer phone calls and ensuring seamless communication with customers
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer service-related information for customer accounts
- Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Capturing customer information and answering customer inquiries
- Resolving inbound customer calls regarding account-related issues
- Taking customer orders and providing high-quality customer service
- Making outgoing customer service calls to resolve customer issues
- Collaborating with the customer service manager to ensure proper customer service standards are met
- Resolving any customer service issues that may arise
- Answering inbound calls and providing excellent customer service
- Providing customer support and handling customer inquiries
- Combining excellent customer service skills with attention to detail and accuracy
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
