With 90% of queries requiring canned responses, this role is simple to learn, and we'll provide you with full training to ensure your success.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer support through live chat software
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Use canned responses to resolve common customer queries
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Continuously improve customer satisfaction and engagement
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets
Essential Qualifications:
* Basic English writing skills
- Reliable internet connection
- Laptop, phone, or tablet with a stable operating system
- Located in the United States
- Ability to work in a remote environment with minimal supervision
