Responsibilities:

As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolving customer issues and complaints by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives
  • Following up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved
  • Using available resources to research and provide accurate information to customers
  • Identifying and escalating priority issues to appropriate departments
  • Meeting daily and weekly performance metrics
  • Providing feedback to management on customer concerns and trends
  • Collaborating with other team members to achieve team goals

Essential Qualifications:

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central is a plus
  • Experience in customer service or a related field is an asset
