Role Highlights

* Earn a competitive salary of $18.50 per hour, plus a $310 certification bonus

  • Enjoy a flexible schedule, working from home and setting your own hours between 8am EST and 12am midnight EST, Monday to Sunday
  • Fast 20-hour certification program to get you up to speed quickly
  • Opportunity to earn a $5.00 per hour Turbo Bonus Boost, available from April 9th to 15th
  • Minimum 30 hours per week required, with the option to work more if you choose

About the Role

As a Customer Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, answering their questions and concerns about our products and services. You'll work closely with our Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Marketplace Performance Specialists (MPS) to ensure that our customers receive the best possible support. Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Answering customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing clear and concise guidance on our products and services
  • Building strong relationships with our customers and understanding their needs and concerns
  • Collaborating with our SMEs and MPS to ensure that our customers receive the best possible support
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on our products and services

Required Experience & Skills

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate solutions clearly and empathetically
  • Ability to understand and empathize with our customers' needs and concerns
  • Basic computer skills, with experience using software applications and online platforms
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a customer service or support role

  • Experience working with software applications and online platforms
  • Knowledge of accounting or tax preparation software
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
