Job Overview:

As a Client Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and maintenance of client profile data, facilitating the processing of online bidder approvals, and managing shipping instruction requests. You'll also be responsible for maintaining mailing list entries, processing bidder/show cards, and verifying sales tax information. Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee the establishment and updates of client accounts

  • Ensure the accuracy and maintenance of client profile data
  • Facilitate the processing of online bidder approvals
  • Add and modify client information, generate comprehensive reports, and manage shipping instruction requests
  • Maintain mailing list entries
  • Process bidder/show cards and verify sales tax information
  • Address client survey feedback
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as necessary

Required Skills:

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel

  • Strong attention to detail coupled with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • A positive outlook and a commitment to learning
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is advantageous

Qualifications:

* High school diploma is a prerequisite

  • At least 2 years of experience in data entry
