The Role

As an Email and Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients through email and chat channels. You'll be the face of our brand, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via email and chat channels in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolving customer issues and concerns in a fair and efficient manner
  • Documenting customer interactions and updating CRM systems as necessary
  • Collaborating with the customer support team to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution
  • Participating in weekly team meetings to discuss customer feedback, share best practices, and align on goals and objectives
  • Working a 6-hour shift with a daily 30-minute break included (paid) in the EST/PST timezone
  • Adhering to arenaflex's quality standards and customer service guidelines

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent grammar and writing skills in English and Spanish
  • Strong reading comprehension skills in English and Spanish
  • Experience working with CRM systems and ticketing systems
  • Ability to document important details and maintain accurate records
  • Proactive and customer-focused approach to problem-solving
  • Availability to attend weekly team meetings and work a 6-hour shift with a daily 30-minute break included (paid)
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies
  • Hospitality or hotel experience a plus

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:

  • Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality or hotel industry
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Proficiency in additional languages, such as Portuguese or French
